Your starts are so fun! I love the sparkle that your quilting adds.
Your quilting really is an inspiration for me. I love the wonky star look - very unexpected when you see it up close. You have definitely demonstrate how quilting is as critical as the pieced pattern. Love it and inspiring!
I love the quilting! I am still sorely lacking in any serious FMQ skills. Good thing I like the look of hand-tied!Don't miss the giveaway on my blog, if you're interested!www.aquiltisahug.blogspot.com
My finish-it-up-Friday post was a lament about how hard FMQ is. This! This is what I am aspiring to! I will keep practicing, and one day will get this good. You have done some great work on this little sample.
I see the finished patchwork projects and they look so vibrant. But, once you quilt them it brings them to life even more if that is possible.
Those are some gorgeous stars!
What a great pattern, and the light coming through the wonky stars on the windows really adds punch!
Your piecing alone is gorgeous, but the quilting is magnificent.
So pretty! I love the wonky stars and how the quilting makes each one pop.
